Marsha is a FANTASTIC realtor! I knew she would be good when I had a realtor friend where I’m from interview Wichita, KS realtors since I live out of state. My friend said she enjoyed how transparent and passionate Marsha was during the vetting process. Marsha helped me navigate selling my mother’s home as she is not able to return for health reasons. That may seem like not a big deal, but my mom’s house is in Wichita, KS and I live in Indianapolis, IN. Marsha was able to assist me from afar and constantly kept me updated. She was great with sifting through the serious buyers, could negotiate well, and even worked with me through the title company. In addition, after I cleared the items from my mom’s house, Marsha was able to help sell furniture items I had to depart with. Marsha was able to help with clean up (personally) and made sure we were able to close quickly. I am blessed that I was able to meet Marsha and have her help me through this difficult circumstance. I truly feel she had my best interest at heart. She is such a sweet woman and she still continues to check in with me today, even after we’ve successfully sold. Marsha Hill was an excellent proactive Realtor. She helped us through the entire Buying Process in some of the coldest days last winter. She found us just the home on acreage we wanted, at the best price possible. She took care of everything, and got us set up with an excellent lender. I work a lot of hours, and we have a new baby, so she came to the house to get documents signed, and then introduced me to DocuSign to make document signing easy. Even after the sale, Marsha is still going the extra mile. She is helping us by representing us with the Butler County Real Estate Appraiser to get the taxes we paid at Closing lowered to the new value of the property. I would highly recommend Marsha Hill for any real estate needs.
