Marsha was personable and professional from the very start. She told us what the process would be like and was with us through the whole process. She informed us promptly with any problems that arose and gave us suggestions on how to handle them. She was always available to answer any questions whether it was by phone text or email.. The whole process went pretty smooth. There was a few hiccups, but was quickly resolved. Marsha Hill is a realtor with eXp Realty in Wichita. Marsha is a FANTASTIC realtor! I knew she would be good when I had a realtor friend where I’m from interview Wichita, KS realtors since I live out of state. My friend said she enjoyed how transparent and passionate Marsha was during the vetting process. Marsha helped me navigate selling my mother’s home as she is not able to return for health reasons. That may seem like not a big deal, but my mom’s house is in Wichita, KS and I live in Indianapolis, IN. Marsha was able to assist me from afar and constantly kept me updated. She was great with sifting through the serious buyers, could negotiate well, and even worked with me through the title company. In addition, after I cleared the items from my mom’s house, Marsha was able to help sell furniture items I had to depart with. Marsha was able to help with clean up (personally) and made sure we were able to close quickly. I am blessed that I was able to meet Marsha and have her help me through this difficult circumstance.
